It’s been a fantastic journey since Michio Suzuki founded the company in 1909 right up until recent times in which Doug Gust is winning national ATV championships for Suzuki Motors Inc.
From the days of the Suzuki “power free” motorcycle being a best seller until the release unleashing of the Suzuki LTR450 Suzuki Motors Inc has been as exciting and innovative as can be imagined. The Suzuki z400 ATV was the predecessor to the new LTR 450 model and it was a powerhouse in its own right. Suzuki All Terrain Vehicles are clearly a force in modern ATV racing as well as in the hearts of many enthusiasts worldwide.
Suzuki’s slogan is “way of life!” and if you’ve spent time ATV riding in your favorite hot spot recently you’ll agree that the Z400 and LT-R450 models have become just that. A quick check of the 2007 ITP/ Moose AMA Pro ATV Championship standings show that Dustin Wimmer just grabbed first place for team Yoshimura Suzuki in round four.
With Doug Gust and Dustin Wimmer riding ATV’s for team Yoshimura Suzuki in 2007 Suzuki can expect winning to be a way of life well into 2008 and beyond. Actually Dustin Wimmer is fresh off a win in round three of the WPSA SuperQuad Pro 450 Series. Keep an eye on this exciting duo and on all of the Suzuki ATV sport models.
