Hey Michael. Unfortunately the name Panther was assigned by a dealer and wasn't a widely known/used brand name. The parts are mostly generic on Chinese ATVs and the VIN is of no help figuring out what you need. On the bright side any qualified ATV shop will be able to provide you with a wiring solution and/or identify the ATV you have. You might need to take this one down to the shop, I can't help without seeing the ATV.

Hey Brian, the VIN on an argo is generally on the dashboard, it's a small rectangular metal plate and on later models is underneath the hour meter.

I have a argo 6x6. I was told it was a 1996 model. It has all the tags still attached to the tub but no VIN number plate that I found yet. Any ideas where to look at. Since in Michigan they require you to have a title they used the serial number for a VIN number and I'm not happy with that in case it was stolen. Thanks for any and all help...Brian

My husband wanted me to look up some information on a Peace Sports 4-wheeler. This is the vin #LGASCHL607A009858. Any help would be greatly appreciated. He said he wasn't sure if the second letter was a G or a 6. Said it was hard to read. Thank you!

Hi Dan, A 7 digit number sounds more like an engine code but you say it's mounted to the actual frame correct? What year and model is your Polaris ATV?

Hey Chris, that is a Chinese ATV VIN.

Hello Terry, that would also be an imported ATV VIN.
