I have a 2008 KFX 700. It's the fastest quad I have ever owned and never get tired of the power. Transmission is awesome, never feel any shifting at all. I have flipped this ATV going about 50 mph and it was still running after I limped to get back on it.

Thanks Nick, my bike recently went over the side of a mountain
(it's ok, I jumped off) and I am getting all new plastic (among a
lot of other things) so I thought I would try this color- I have
seen Lava at the shows but not this design. Note to riders
get insurance its really cheap and they have been really
good with the claim.

Good question, they do appear similar, but after closer inspection I'd have to say that they are indeed separate color schemes.

My question is whether this is a new color or is it the "lava" renamed?
